FAQ’s on our inflatables

What happens if it's a windy day?

We are constantly checking the weather everyday and, if the weather looks bad for your hire day we will do our very best to inform you of this ahead of your hire day (up to 7 days ahead if we can). But please remember – the weather here in Ibiza is very changeable! However, inflatables will never be installed if the wind exceeds 24mph (38kmh / 20 knots). Moreover, even if it is not exceeding 24mph, if we feel the direction is not good at your location, or you are in an exposed location, or any risk at all, then we will not install the inflatable. SAFETY FIRST. ALWAYS.

What is not allowed inside the water slides?

Face Paint, Shoes, Food or drink, Confetti Cannons, animals.

How should I measure for a water slide?

Take a look at your chosen water slide measurements. Ensure there is enough space around your pool if you wish to hire a pool slide. Or, ensure you have the required flat space for a dry/wet slide.

What kind of ground can you install onto?

The ground needs to be as flat as possible. It needs to be free of any sharp objects, like plants, tree roots, or anything protruding out of the ground. Please make sure the instalation area is open & clear. Check overhead for any cables or tree branches. We do not install any inflatables on sand.

What about power to the water slide?

We will bring plenty of power extension leads with us and plug into your power. We do not have generators. We will ensure that the power is taken directly from a wall socket. It is very unadvisable to plug into a power point that is being shared by anything else (like a 3 way sharing plug for example)

Are you insured?

Yes, we have full liability insurance for all of our products

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in Ibiza.

Should I reserve?

Yes! In some instances clients reserve their birthday a year in advance with us. To make sure you get the products you really want – please book in advance.

When I hire an inflatable, do I need to provide anything?

All we need is an electricity supply to plug into. We supply everything else.

What if it rains?

We are always watching the weather forcast, if we feel there is a chance of bad weather on your hire day we will warn you in advance (up to 7 days in advance) and discuss this with you. We will discuss the likelyhood of the rain and we can also create a Plan B, or a postponement date.
Some of our inflatables have a weather screen roof – these can be used even if there are light showers. But not heavy rain. These options can all be discussed on the day.

Do they need to be plugged in for the whole day?

All inflatables need to remain plugged in whilst in use, yes. If you will not be using the bouncy castle for a couple of hours – then you can switch off the fan until your party starts. But inflatable water slides must remain on at all times due to water getting inside the inflatable and becoming immovable due to its weight.

How are the inflatables secured?

We use VERY large pegs when we are able to put them onto grass, gravel and dirt or any other surface we can penetrate through.
On surfaces the cannot be pegged we use heavy weighted sand bags. If there are trees or fence posts nearby we will also use heavy duty straps around these also.
